we spent the day hiding out from the rain. watching movies, building legos, keeping the fire going. making pancakes, cleaning sinks, taking naps. you could almost say we were going into hibernation. but then the sun came out. right before dinner time. so greg took the guys down to the fjord while i cooked.
it is lovely to see the sun on their faces...
and to see it hit the leaves, to show us that fall in denmark really can be beautiful too...
tomorrow's forecast is predicted to be just like today... except the sun rises two minutes later and sets three minutes earlier. so long as the clouds move away for some of those eleven hours and nine minutes, as they did today, i will be happy.
